Evolve delivers industry leading infrastructure advisory services and provides strategic consulting services focused on infrastructure project development, project financing and commercial negotiation and management and financial services contracts.
Extensive Infrastructure Experience
We are an infrastructure company with significant experience developing, financing and delivering infrastructure assets for clients in North America. We lead consortium responses to RFQ and RFP processes, drive consortium development and governance and develop bespoke financing packages for standalone projects. Our development, financing and asset management capability has evolved over the past twenty years and includes extensive experience partnering with government in healthcare, transit, road, and airport projects.
Together the leadership of Evolve have won and delivered in excess of $5bn worth of government infrastructure.

Transaction Advisory
We provide project finance transaction advisory services to clients working in the infrastructure sector. Examples include supporting contractors bidding as part of consortia for transit projects, providing bid support services or providing advice to shareholders on process improvement.
Asset Management
Evolve Infrastructure provides management services to special purpose vehicles (SPVs) involved with executing infrastructure contracts with multiple stakeholders. Evolve Infrastructure has experience with the technical requirements, commercial aspects and financial deliverables. Evolve Infrastructure has run a SPV for the Iqaluit Airport in Nunavut and is leading the Highway 104 Project delivery in Nova Scotia.
Development
We are able to develop a project from inception, through teaming, bidding, execution and delivery. Our experience has been developed over the last 20 years working on over 50 transactions including healthcare, roads, transit and data centres. Together the leadership of Evolve Infrastructure have won and delivered well over $5bn worth of government infrastructure.
Founder and CEO
Martin Stickland
Martin Stickland is the founder and CEO of Evolve Infrastructure. He possesses over 20 years of experience in infrastructure and project finance.​

​Prior to founding Evolve Infrastructure in 2017, Martin worked for Plenary Group, a leading infrastructure developer, equity investor and financial advisory firm, as the Group Head, Project Development and Partnering for the North American Business, having previously worked for 10 years in the Origination Group sourcing and bidding P3 opportunities in Canada and the US. Successful projects include the Waterloo Light Rail P3, Highway 104, hospitals in Toronto, St Catharine’s and North Bay as well as a Data Centre in Guelph. In his career, Martin has acted as a lender, developer and equity provider and has a broad set of skills relevant to developing long term infrastructure assets.​

Martin graduated from the University of Loughborough in 1994 with a Batchelors Degree in Banking and Finance.​
